- What is the TOP AI Coach?
- The AI Coach is the part of TOP that acts on the data. It watches every player's bedroom around the clock, opens an issue when a problem keeps coming back, sends the player one fix through the TOP app, and checks the nights that follow to show whether it worked.
- Does the AI Coach cost extra?
- No. The AI Coach is part of the TOP suite, not an add-on. The 30-day pilot is $500 and includes 4 sensors and everything in TOP, the AI Coach too.
- How does it talk to players?
- Through the TOP player app. A player gets at most one short message an evening, before bed, with one fix their room can act on and why it matters. No charts and no stream of alerts. Players need the app on their phone to get messages.
- How do we know a fix worked?
- TOP compares the nights after the message with the nights before, straight from the sensor in the room. Each issue ends with a clear result: better since the fix, no change, or worse. It is measured, not a player saying the room is fine.
- Does it replace our performance staff?
- No. It takes the routine work off them: watching the data, chasing players, checking results. Your staff see everything it does on the Issues board and can take over any issue by writing the message themselves.
- What does it watch?
