A degree too warm is recovery you can't buy back.
At home or in a hotel, the thermostat is a coin flip. TOP shows you the temperature in every room your athletes sleep in, home and away, so they wake up rebuilt instead of restless.
Thirty minutes, your schedule. No sales script.
- Deeper sleep

Optimal sleeping range
64–72°F
18–22°C
TOP tracks temperature in every room they sleep in, home and away, around the clock, and flags anything outside this band before lights-out.
What temperature does to a sleeping athlete.
Temperature is the ambient warmth of the room, and when it sits too far above or below the comfort range it interferes with the fall in core body temperature that healthy sleep depends on. The most pronounced effects are on sleep and the cardiovascular system. A room that is too hot or too cold can result in restless, fragmented sleep, reduced deep and REM sleep, night sweats or chills, and added strain on the heart.
Heat strips out the REM and slow-wave sleep that repair muscle and lock in skill. The athlete never feels it happening and wakes a little less rebuilt than the opponent who slept cool.
The research
Not our opinion. The literature.
20–25°C
Sleep efficiency peaks in this window and drops 5 to 10% as a room warms toward 30°C. That is measurable recovery lost to a setting the team controls.

REM + slow-wave
Heat during sleep cuts the exact stages that drive physical repair, and adds wake-ups.

Cool, dark, quiet
The elite-athlete sleep consensus is blunt about what the bedroom has to be.

You control training, load and nutrition. Control the room too.
Put a TOP device in your athletes’ bedrooms at home and in every hotel room on the road. It runs on its own cellular connection, needs no app or wifi, and streams temperature and five other room conditions to one dashboard, so you fix the room before anyone sleeps in it.
Plug in and go
Connect it to power and it’s working. No app, no pairing, no setup.
No wifi needed
It brings its own cellular connection, so hotel wifi never gets in the way.
